The So- Cal Staple is the most requested look today, mastering this is a must for your business.
The So-Cal Staple experience will provide you with all the tools you will need to go back to your home salon with the confidence and knowledge to not only recreate the Long Modern Layers and Total Transformation Blonding techniques, but to also make it your own. This unique and exciting experience will challenge you to dig deeper with your craft, which will produce very lucrative results for your buisness.
Schedule For The Day
We will first start with some refreshing cutting therory, specifics to the LONG MODERN LAYER technique. Then we will map it out on some headsheets, which you will be supplied with. Full description of the techniques will be included (ONLY FOR ATTENDEES.)
We will then go to onto HANDS ON! Practicing on doll heads the techiques step by step! Briana will be demonstrating each step along side of you working in tandem with you. Showing you body language on how to cut, and the methods they use to achieve all the complete look.
LUNCH
After lunch we will start with some brief color therory, specifics to the techniques and color correction situations. We will break it down first on a demo, then mapping it out on some headsheets, you will be supplied with full description of the technique (ONLY FOR ATTENDEES.)
We will then go to onto HANDS ON! Practicing on doll heads the techniques step by step! Briana will be demonstrating each step along side of you working in tandem with you showing you body language on how to foil and the painting patterns that go into these techniques!
After, we will end the day with some review and going over how to charge for the service! We will also help evaluate your own business in ways to make sure that you are growing! After social media talk, we will reveal our live model and explain how we capture our favorite after picture for web/social media!

COVID-19 POLICY
The Young American has generously provided us a space to do our first in-person event of 2021! In order to ensure the safety of the attendees, the salon staff and Renegade Royals team the following guidelines will be observed:
All guests will be required to have their temperature taken before entering the salon. Any temperatures above 99 degrees will not be permitted to attend and refunded their ticket cost.
All guests + staff will be required to wear a mask that goes over the ears, and covers the nose and mouth at all times. To guarantee sanitation, you may be provided with a safety kit when you arrive.
Please do not remove your mask at any time inside the salon. This is for the safety of everyone, and we thank you for your cooperation.
Hand Sanitation + Distancing
When you enter, please use the hand sanitizing stations available, or wash your hands in the bathroom.
As much as possible, please limit the touching of surfaces while in the salon, and maintain a 6 foot distance while at the event.
In place of a hug, high-five or handshake, please use a friendly wave. We may not be able to see your smile behind your mask, but we know it's there!
